  1. BeQRious: A simple QR code generator for basic information. They also have a paid service.
  2. bit.ly: After you have shortened a ULR simply add .qr to the end and bit.ly will create a QR Code that points to the URL.

  4. Jump scan beta: This is the beta version of what looks like a free QR code generator that let’s you put all of your social media sites in one code.
  5. Just scan.it: A free QR code generator that also tracks the number of scans.
  6. Kaywa QR-Code: This is a basic QR-Code Generator. Put in your URL, text, phone number or SMS (short message service) text and click the “Generate” button.

There is a free service as well as paid professional services.
  13. quiQR: This will generate a QR-Code based on a URL, phone or SMS or Foursquare venue ID.
  14. Snap my info: Set up an account with all of your contact information and get a QR-Code that should trigger the e-mail function in your smart phone. Simply e-mail the link then Snap my info will send you a .cvs file that you can import into your address book.

This platform not only generates the QR Code but also a mobile website that you can customize with your logog, click-to-dail phone button, social media, auto play video and slide shows, URL links and even a contact form.
