Our skills, our strengths, our passions are in video production. We work with a little video but we are not a video production company. There are plenty of video production companies out there but very few who take the content, or the message, and connect that with their customers. When we started Image Media Partners we found that whenever we worked with a client to make great content there often was no plan to promote the video. It was as if all our clients believed the Hollywood maxim “Build it and they will come.” In spite of industry bromides such as “we’ll have the video go viral,” or “we’ll harness the power of the cloud,” tossing content on the internet often does not work. So what do we do?
We take a look at the Big Picture and how your communication strategy fits into your overall marketing and business goals. We will evaluate what you are doing now and develop a plan to increase your outreach, develop leads and make new customers.
We can help you get things done by actually setting up and managing many of the different aspects of your plan or by training you or your staff to do the work. For example if the plan calls for developing video content and distributing it through YouTube and Facebook we can set up the sites, manage the content and messages or develop a plan and train your company to do it.
As we said above our passion is video but we are not a video production company. If you want someone to “just make a video” we can recommend a lot of people to do just that. But if you want video that fits into your overall on-line marketing strategy we will help you to achieve these goals, even when that means telling you not to use video.
